Dear Natalia, The cake you made for us was absolutely gorgeous, and the gum paste flowers extremely impressive. Many guests could not believe you made the flowers by hand, as they looked so real, and had to walk right up to the cake to see for themselves. Furthermore, it was also delicious! Your icing is just sweet enough without being overpowering - it was just right.
May I also say that working with you has been a real pleasure. You have been so sweet, on top of the necessary details, and prompt with communications. Just what every bride needs!
